The Peekaboo Bottoms Referral Program

By signing up for the Peekaboo Bottoms Referral Progam, you will earn store credit on EVERY purchase that was made by someone that you referred to us! What a great way to earn free products!

So how does it work?

1. Join the Program
Fill out the form to to signup for the referral program. You will have to signup for a new account through the referral program even if you already have an account with Peekaboo Bottoms. Once you make an account you will receive an email with your referral link. This is the link that you need to use to promote Peekaboo Bottoms. It will automactially track all orders that are placed through that link directly back to you.

2. Earn Store Credit
For each and every order that is placed through one of your referral links you will earn 5% in store credit. This credit is applied to order subtotals, so you do not receive credit for taxes or shipping. The amount you can accumulate at this time is unlimited.
(ie - an order for $150 will earn you $7.50 store credit).

3. Links and Graphics
Once you log into your referral account you will see other graphics (banners, buttons) that you can also use to promote Peekaboo Bottoms. All of these will link to your account for store credit.

4. How Tracking Works
When a web surfer clicks through your referral link, a cookie is set in their browser that contains your referral username. Also, their IP address is tracked in the database along with your referral name. When this person decides to buy a product, the script will look for this cookie and/or try to match their IP address to identify you are the referr who will be awarded the store credit. Visitors sent through your referral link may make a purchase later in time and the commission will still be awarded if the cookie is present in their browser and/or the are using the same IP address as the one logged in the database.

5. Redemption of Store Credit
On the first day of each month we will issue a GIFT VOUCHER in the amount of store credit accumulated from all referrals for the previous month. So on November 1st we will issue vouchers for the month of October. Gift Vouchers are used like cash, and will be applied to the final total (after taxes and shipping) on all future orders.

6. Suspension of Your Referral Account
Your Referral Account may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons: Inappropriate advertisements (False claims, misleading hyperlinks) Spamming (mass email, mass newsgroup posting, etc...) Advertising on sites containing/promoting illegal activities Violation of intellectual property rights.

7. Terms of the agreement
These terms will begin upon your signup with the referral program and will end when your referral account is closed or terminated. The terms of this agreement may be modified by us at any time. If any modification to the terms is unnacceptable to you, your only choice is to terminate your referral account. Your continuing participation in the program will constitute your acceptance of any change.

9. Liability
We will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to referral tracking failures, loss of database files, and any results of "intents of harm" to the program or our website. We do not make any expressed or implied warranties with respect to the referral program and/or products sold at this site. We make no claim that the operation of the referral program and our website will be error-free and we will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.

You further agree and warrant that it will comply with all local, provinicial and federal laws (including, but not limited to, the "CAN-SPAM" Act, effective January 1, 2004) regarding the sending of e-mails. You shall indemnify and hold Peekaboo Bottoms/Amy Shaver harmless from any and all legal actions, damages or liabilities incurred from the day-to-day operations of referrer. Under no circumstances will Peekaboo Bottoms/Amy Shaver be liable whether in tort, contract or otherwise for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages (including but not limited to damages for any loss of revenue, profits, business interruption, loss of business information or data, loss of goodwill, work stoppage, hardware or software failure, or other pecuniary loss) arising from or relating to any provision of this Agreement or the program. Without limiting the foregoing, Peekaboo Bottoms/AmyShaver aggregate liability arising with respect to this Agreement will not exceed the total fees paid or payable to the referrer under this agreement.

Peekaboo Bottoms will own all rights, title and interest in and to all information that is created or collected in the operation of Peekaboo Bottoms website and reserves the right to amend or terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without notice to referrer. Should there be any legal dispute between the parties, then both parties agree to take the matter before arbitration/mediation in Welland, Ontario should Peekaboo Bottoms request arbitration/mediation in lieu of formal legal process. Both parties mutually agree that the sole legal venue for all disputes shall be in the Welland, Ontario Canada.
